Two apartments, one connected retreat — five bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms, and multiple living and dining areas that together sleep up to 10 guests. Apt. 4 sits above Apt. 3 and the units are connected by an internal building staircase, giving your group easy flow between floors without going outside. East-west exposures fill both spaces with natural light throughout the day, and a cross breeze keeps things comfortable in warmer months. Original pine and updated wood flooring run through both units, giving the space warmth and character. Both apartments are fully equipped — climate control (heating and A/C), high-speed internet (300+ Mbps), smart TVs, and complimentary coffee and tea. Fresh linens, towels, and bath essentials are provided. The larger dining table in Apt. 4 seats up to 10, making it a natural hub for group meals and celebrations. Outside, a shared backyard with gas grill and gas fire pit rounds out the space — ideal for evening gatherings after a day exploring Burlington. Both apartments are exclusively yours — each with its own kitchen, living and dining areas, bedrooms, and bathroom. In warmer months, Battery Park and Waterfront Park are steps away and buzzing with concerts, festivals, and community events. Battery Park is one of the best spots in the city for sunset views over Lake Champlain and the prime viewing location for Burlington's annual July 3rd fireworks celebration. In winter, when the leaves are off the trees, the west-facing windows in Apt. 4 frame unobstructed views of the lake and the Adirondack Mountains beyond. Church Street, the waterfront, restaurants, beaches, and most of Burlington's attractions are easily walkable from the apartment — a car is genuinely optional for most stays. Green Mountain Transit (GMT) serves the neighborhood with routes near Battery Park, Pearl Street, and North Avenue. Visit Green Mountain Transit for schedules. Child Safety: The apartment is not childproof. Guests are responsible for bringing any necessary safety devices to ensure a child-safe environment. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.
